These Terms govern your use of FONTGRID, including the website, browser extension, licenses, subscriptions and related services.
1. Product
FONTGRID is a digital software product for previewing, searching, bookmarking, comparing, pairing, inspecting and visually matching fonts. Features may be updated as compatibility, security and the product evolve.
2. Plans, pricing and renewal
FONTGRID offers a Free plan and may offer PRO subscriptions. The current launch pricing shown on this website is $3.99 per month or $39.99 per year, with no free trial. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the selected billing interval until cancelled. The final amount, currency conversion if any, and applicable taxes are shown by the checkout provider before purchase.
3. Cancellation and subscription management
You may cancel a paid subscription before its next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Creem customers can manage or cancel directly through the Creem Customer Portal, accessible from FONTGRID or Manage Subscription on this website. PayPal customers manage recurring billing through PayPal. Unless a refund is granted or applicable law requires otherwise, paid access normally continues according to the final status reported by the payment provider.
4. Checkout provider and Merchant of Record
Checkout may be provided by an authorized payment provider. Customers may choose Creem secure card / supported wallet checkout or PayPal. When a purchase is processed through Creem, Creem acts as the Merchant of Record and contractual reseller for the transaction, processes the buyer payment, issues the buyer invoice and handles applicable indirect taxes. PayPal transactions are processed by PayPal. Creem transactions are also subject to the current Creem Buyer Terms.
5. Digital delivery and license
FONTGRID is delivered digitally and the current extension build is available from fontgrid.top/install.html. After a successful paid purchase, the customer receives or is issued a License Key for activation inside the FONTGRID browser extension. A paid subscription grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use FONTGRID during the paid term. Unless otherwise stated, PRO is limited to one active device per license at a time.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, bypass licensing or security controls, or use FONTGRID in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
7. Font rights and licensing
FONTGRID does not grant ownership or usage rights for third-party fonts. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the license supplied by each font owner or original provider before using a font in personal, commercial, client or redistributed work.
8. Match Font
Match Font results are visual similarity estimates, not guarantees that a result is the original typeface and not proof of licensing rights. Results may vary because of image quality, custom lettering, modified glyphs or unavailable candidates.
9. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable product but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be changed when reasonably necessary for security, compatibility, legal compliance or product improvement.
10. Intellectual property
FONTGRID branding, original software, interface design and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party fonts and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Refunds
Refund eligibility is described in the FONTGRID Refund Policy. For transactions processed through a Merchant of Record, the actual refund transaction is processed through that provider in accordance with applicable law and its procedures.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FONTGRID is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
