These Terms govern your use of FONTGRID, including the website, web app, browser extension, licenses, subscriptions and related services.
1. Product
FONTGRID is software for previewing, searching, bookmarking, comparing, pairing, inspecting and visually matching fonts. Some features depend on browser capabilities and user-granted permissions.
2. Plans, pricing and renewal
FONTGRID offers a Free plan and a PRO subscription. Current launch pricing is $3.99 per month or $39.99 per year, with no free trial. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the selected billing interval until cancelled. The checkout provider shows the final amount and applicable taxes before purchase.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel a paid subscription before its next renewal. FONTGRID provides subscription management from My Account. Creem customers are redirected to the Creem Customer Portal; PayPal customers can manage the subscription in PayPal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless a refund is granted or law requires otherwise, paid access normally continues through the already-paid period.
4. Checkout providers
Customers may choose Creem or PayPal where available. Creem acts as Merchant of Record and contractual reseller for Creem transactions, including payment processing, invoice issuance and applicable indirect taxes. PayPal transactions are processed by PayPal.
5. Digital access and license
After a successful paid subscription, FONTGRID issues a License Key. Unless otherwise stated, a PRO license is limited to one active device at a time and is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, bypass licensing or security controls, or use FONTGRID in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
7. Font rights and licensing
FONTGRID does not grant ownership or usage rights for third-party fonts. You are responsible for reviewing the license supplied by each font owner or provider before using a font in personal, commercial, client or redistributed work.
8. Match Font
Match Font provides visual similarity estimates and does not guarantee identification of the original typeface. Results may vary due to image quality, custom lettering, modified glyphs, unavailable candidates and rendering differences.
9. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable product but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change when reasonably necessary for security, compatibility, legal compliance or product improvement.
10. Intellectual property
FONTGRID branding, original software, interface design and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party fonts and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Refunds
Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy. Refunds for Merchant of Record transactions are processed through the relevant provider in accordance with applicable law and provider procedures.
