FONTGRID is a digital software subscription. If you experience a billing error, duplicate charge, inability to access paid features after successful payment, or another material purchase problem, contact support promptly.
Requests
Send the purchase email, payment provider and a short description of the issue to a7med1ghazi@gmail.com. Never email a password or full payment-card number.
Creem purchases
For transactions processed by Creem, Creem is the Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are processed through Creem and may also be subject to Creem buyer terms and applicable consumer law.
PayPal purchases
Approved PayPal refunds are processed through PayPal. Timing after approval can depend on the original payment method.
Cancellation
Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless a refund is approved or applicable law requires otherwise, access normally remains available until the end of the paid billing period.
Review
Refund requests are reviewed fairly based on the circumstances, transaction record and applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
